An open robe and petticoat of ivory striped silk, the bodice with an English back, boned front and back and with buttonholes for lacing, the front of the robe bound with pink satin ribbon, a pinked self- flounce to the petticoat, possibly added at a slightly later date - circa 1780 (some wear)
