Angeloch studied at the Art Students League from 1946 to 1951 and today remains a member of the Woodstock Artists Association. Throughout the 40's, 50's and 60's, he received many accolades including a Woodstock Foundation Award in 1956 and a Purchase Prize of the Woodstock Artists Association in 1964. Angeloch has been teaching at the Woodstock School of Art since 1968 and at the Art Students League of New York since 1964.
