A French Consulate white painted and parcel-gilt bed, each end with pointed arched cresting and paterae motifs, flanked by turned tapering finialled uprights with reeded stems joined by side rails, stamped in various places N. G. (with N reversed), and indistinguishable hand writted mark in ink or paint on a white ground, (damaged) -- 50in. (127cm.) wide.
