A Paris porcelain pink-ground armorial part dinner-service, painted with a crest surmounted by a leopard above a ribbon inscribed with the motto COGNOIES TOY MESME, the rims enriched in gilding, comprising two two-handled oval tureens and covers with artichoke foliage finials, four circular covers, a circular bowl with waved rim, eight meat-dishes of graduating size, three shaped oval dishes, six custard cups and covers and two stands for nine each, fifteeen soup-plates, twelve dinner-plates, circa 1840.
