Together with an original Apple Music, Inc. document, Written Action By The Board Of Directors stating that "one or more directors may participate in a meeting of the board of directors by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment..." and appointing Lynn Tannenbaum as Vice-Presidentm Sectretary and Treasurer of the Corporation.
