A Turkish parcel-gilt tea service comprising a teapot and cover, a milk jug and cover, a sugar-bowl and cover, and six cups and saucers, the teapot, milk jug and sugar-bowl with high domed covers and bird finials, scrolling handles and spouts decorated with scrolling flowers, the bodies decorated with studs and concentric bands between ribbon loops surrounding a monogrammed cartouche (slight wear) -- the teapot 7½in.high, each piece stamped with tugra marks.
