A mid 18th Century ovoid lidded hot milk jug on foliate-capped scroll and shell feet and with shell-decorated spout, polished wood scroll handle and domed hinged cover with compressed turned wood finial, the body engraved with floral and foliate swags and with a crest and coronet within a rococo foliate cartouche, apparently unmarked, probably Scottish - 4¼in, 5.75oz. gross.
