An Edwardian inverted pear-shaped teapot in the mid 18th Century taste, on a rising circular foot and with a shell-fluted leaf-capped rising curved spout, ebonised wood double scroll handle and domed hinged cover with turned wood finial, engraved with a crest and monogram, Carrington and Co., London 1909, Britannia Standard - 5¾in, 16.50oz. gross.
