A pair of early George III style mahogany library open armchairs, each with an arched back, armpads and slightly serpentine seat close-nailed and upholstered in cream silk damask, the arms terminating in C-scrolls carved with stylised foliage with waved seat rail and acanthus carved cabriole legs on scroll feet.
