A mid Victorian giltwood overmantel mirror of Adam design with rectangular plate surmounted by broken stiff-leaf moulded cornice, the frieze and sides with black and gilt verre eglomise decoration depicting cherubs, floral garlands and laurel leaves, the plate flanked by reeded column uprights with stiff-leaf capitals -- 63½in. (161cm.) high, 53½in. (136cm.) wide.
