MARKED FABERGÉ, WORKMASTER MICHAEL PERCHIN, ST. PETERSBURG 1908-1917, WITH SCRATCHED INVENTORY MARK 5808

Of circular form, the hinged lid centering a miniature portrait of the Empress Aleksandra Feodorovna, signed 'Yakushev' on the hidden reverse, within a seed-pearl surround against an overall ground of mauve guilloché enamel alternating with gold punch-and-dot vertical bands, the edge of the lid also bordered in seed pearls, the rim bordered in two-color gold ribbon-tied laurel
