A pair of famille rose oval dishes painted and gilt to the centre with peonies issuing from blue rockwork, the rims with floral cartouches -- 10¼in. wide; a famille rose bowl painted with scattered flower sprays -- 7½in. diam; another smaller bowl painted with shaped cartouches of birds and butterflies among flowers on a yellow ground -- 5¼in. diam; and a Japanese bronze bowl decorated to the exterior with scrolling chrysanthemums -- 4in. diam, 18th Century and later.
