A group of nineteen ivory or ivory with colored details netsuke, comprising: seven figures of the god of good fortune, Hotei, in numerous poses; two models of the good of longevity, Jurojin, in one holding the immortal peach and in the other riding a swan; a standing figure of Benten holding a zither; a standing figure of a No drama actor wearing a mask; a model of a crouching Chinese boy; three figures of fisherman with their catch, one with an enormous carp; a model of a farmer enjoying a bowl of noodles and his son; two figures of sumo wrestlers, one wrestling a snake; and a model of rats nibbling a lotus bud--1 to 2in.
