An unusual Old Sheffield plate reeded barrel-shaped tea urn on a gadrooned and pierced rising square base with ball feet, applied with two ring handles and with a ball finial and central pig holder, the front with a shield-shaped cartouche engraved: "Souvenir", with a monogram and date of death January 5th 1802 beneath, surrounded by flowers and scrolling foliage, the underside of the base with flap two-holder burner - 17in.
