A Nouvel Appareil Gaudin daguerreotype camera outfit, comprising a 7cm. diameter wood body Gaudin camera with hinged top, removable focusing screen, hinged lens cover and internally mounted lens barrel with wheel stops and signed A. Gaudin, Rue Montmartre, 76, Paris, darkslide containing a silvered copper plate marked 30 and *, a wood clamp, plate holder with silvered copper plate marked *, glass lined coating box, two plates, two glass chemical bottles with labels Alcool and Brómuze d'iode etendre l'eau. Iaune Citzon, all contained in a wood box with brass handle, three clips and hinged lid and side panels.
