A Charles X ormolu mantel clock, the dial with Roman numerals, within a rosehead chased border, the movement encased by acanthine scrolls, the rectangular trunk inset with a panel depicting Cupid and Psyche, flanked by columns raised with Etruscan motifs, the stepped plinth on scroll feet -- 20½in.
