A rare 19th century nickel alloy fire grate, probably by Thomas Elsley & Co. the railed, serpentine front above a pierced frieze with engraved paterae, flanked by square tapering uprights with urn finials, the cast iron backplate raised with an urn and harebell swags, the firebrick stamped T.
