A large Satsuma vase painted and heavily gilt with panels of figures and attendants in interiors of furniture and screens and on fenced terraces before mountainous landscapes, on a ground of further panels of butterflies and peonies, the neck with dragon and ho-o roundels -- 29½in. high.
