A late 18th-Century continental [?] Dutch compound monocular microscope, the body tube mounted on a circular platform raised from the base on 3 pillar supports, incorporating the swivel mirror and Y-shaped stage, with screw vertical adjustment, with a quantity of accessories, including 3 eyepieces, frog plate, bone sliders, a hand written sheet of instructions for use, and other items, in mahogany case - 16¾in. (42.6cm.) high.
