An Old Sheffield plate vase-shaped hot water jug on a beaded rising circular foot and with an applied bead and Greek key frieze and beaded rim, chased with floral and foliate swags and with beaded pointed finial, the handle probably a replacement, the front engraved with a crest and motto, the underside with presentation inscription dated 1781 - 11¾in; and an Old Sheffield plate part-fluted and gadrooned baluster coffee biggin on a reeded circular foot and with a polished wood bracket handle and domed hinged cover with part-fluted button finial - 8¼in.
