A late George II plain baluster coffee pot on a gadrooned spreading circular foot, with a leaf-capped part-fluted rising curved spout, polished wood double scroll handle and gadrooned domed hinged cover with spiral-twist finial, each side with a rococo scrolling foliate cartouche, one engraved with a crest, the other possibly erased, probably Thomas Whipham, London 1757 - 10in, 29.25oz. gross.
