4 parts (of 5) bound in one, small 8vo, 144 x 90 mm. (5 5/8 x 3½ in.), later vellum; title-page laid down, some minor soiling and pale stains, some margins shaved uneven, title-borders shaved along lower edges, early handwritten Indices tipped-in.
This copy lacking the fifth part, which was printed two years later.
