(12¼ x 7¾ in.), contemporary blind-panelled calf, worn, rebacked (quarter modern calf blind-tooled on cover portions to resemble original blind-tooling), lacking clasps; new endpapers, some worming near gutter margin throughout (occasionally affecting text), some browning and staining, title soiled and frayed with some early brown ink notations, some scattered marginalia, some stains, heavy ink notations on final leaf verso (showing through on recto), Bbb6 with fore-margin chip tape-repaired (some discoloration from cellophane tape), gutter margin in front blank reinforced with cellophane tape.
