A rare scrap album compiled by a fan between circa August 1962 - April 1963, containing a quantity of autograph material including a playlist for a concert with fourteen abbreviated song titles in John Lennon's hand: Some Other Guy, Shimmy, Dont Ever Change, I Remember You, Where Have You Been, Darktown, Love me Do, Rhythm & Blues, Sheik, Falling In Love Again, Aint She Sweet, Sharing You, Besame Mucho, Slow Down and Picture Of You, 4 x 3 3/8in.; three autograph letters, signed, from John Lennon, Paul McCartney and George Harrison respectively, Harrison's letter dated August 19th, 1962 referring to forthcoming recordings ...We have another recording date fixed for the 4th of September, and we think we should have our first Parlophone release around the end of September... 1p. Lennon's letter similarly referring to their first record, ...I really don't know when our first record is to be released - I think sometime in September... 1p.; eight publicity postcards and photographs, one of the four Beatles signed and inscribed on the reverse by John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Pete Best and George Harrison, others individually signed on the reverse by John Lennon (two cards), George Harrison and Paul McCartney (two cards with autographed side glued on to page); various autograph notes, signed, pieces of cigarette packets signed individually by Lennon, McCartney and Harrison, press cuttings and related material.
