A large stoneware vase by Florence Barlow, of tapering ovoid form with trumpet neck, the two circular cartouches in beaded frame decorated in pâte-sur-pâte with green finches perched on branches, on a buff ground, on a reserve incised with scrolling foliage in shades of blue, and brown, impressed factory marks, incised monogram -- 23½in. high
