B. J McMullin, in his article on the "Duodecimo Ciceros" in The Bibliographical Society of America, vol. 74, no. 3, 1980, divides the publication of the Foulis edition into 3 stages. The present set is that descibed as stage [i] though in this case the binder or purchaser has caused the work to be made up so as to correspond with stages [ii/iii].
