An ivory netsuke carved as three figures in a procession, one mounted on horseback -- 1½in.wide, signed; another of two seated figures, one holding a mask before his face -- 1½in.high; an ivory netsuke of Hotei seated with three boys around his sack -- 1½in.long, signed; another of a lady leaning on a gong wearing a kerchief around her head -- 1¾in.high; and five further ivory netsukes including two of standing figures with children, a kneeling karako, two figures around rockwork and a figure holding a sack -- 2¾in.high max.
