An Arita foliate rimmed dish painted in underglaze blue, coloured enamels and gilt with a jardiniere of flowers beside prunus issuing from a fenced garden within a border of cartouches of peonies on a scattered flowerhead and scrolling foliage ground (some gilt rubbing) -- 13¼in. diam, circa 1700.
