A George III reeded moulded oblong teapot on ball feet, with panelled rising curved spout, ebonised wood bracket handle, domed hinged cover with octagonal wood finial and horizontal fluted body band, the underside with traces of a presentation inscription, maker's initials I.C., London 1810 - 6½in., 19.75oz. gross.
