A late Victorian four-piece gadrooned moulded shaped oblong tea and coffee service on ball feet, each decorated with a horizontal frieze of fluting, the angles struck with scrolling foliage, the teapot and coffee pot with panelled rising curved spouts, wood bracket handles and domed hinged covers with fluted oblong wood finials, the milk jug and sugar basin gilt-lined, in a fitted plush-lined oak case, the hinged cover with brass cartouche with presentation inscription, Messrs Barnard, London 1900 - height of coffee pot 9in., 55oz gross.
