A Chinese export octagonal salt painted in famille rose enamels, en grisaille and gilt with a central coat of arms and the motto 'All Worship Be To God Only' above seascapes to the sloping sides (firing fault, chip to underside of rim) -- 3¼in. wide, circa 1775; and a famille rose teapot and domed cover with peach finial painted and gilt with a central monogram within a floral cartouche below a spearhead border -- 6¾in. high, Qianlong.
