Charles Frodsham, a prolific mid-19th Century chronometer maker was born 15th April 1810 and baptised at St. Pancras. He died January 11th 1871. From 1843 his business traded as J.R.Arnold - Chas.Frodsham, 84 Strand and this title was retained until 1858 when the firm became Charles Frosham 84 Strand.
