A live steam spirit fired model of a Victorian River Launch, with marine ply framed hull, planked deck, for and aft cockpits with padded seats and canvas topped canopy on brass supports. Power plant details include wood lagged brass boiler with fittings, including water and pressure guages, safety, main stop and clack valves and lagged steam line to twin vertical oscillating cylinder engine with disc flywheel, shaft couplings and reversable pitch three blade propeller. Further details include displacement lubricator, exhaust oil separator, water tanks, hand feed pump and burner. Finished in red, white and varnish. -- 10½ x 41in, (26.5 x 104cm). Stand.
