An electric powered sailing model of the single screw cargo ship 'Highlander', built by Bassett-Lowke circa 1930 -- 9 x 30½in (23 x 77.5cm)
With masts, derricks and rigging and deck details including anchors and winch, deck rails, cargo hatches, deck winches, ventilators, bridge and wing bridge, deck and engine room lights, aft steering position and stayed funnel. The hull, carved from the solid is fitted with electric motor to single shaft and propeller and is finished in the livery of Leith steam Navigation Co. (restored and radio control added). Glazed case.

And a radio controlled plastic model of the pinnace 'Green Jacket', finished in black, green and cream -- 14 x 28in (35.5 x 71cm). Stand, box and transmitter.
