A commemorative printed linen handkerchief depicting the exhibition building, the borders decorated with a garland, each side naming the places visited 'London 1851' 'Dublin 1853', Paris 1855' and 'Manchester 1857', the base printed 'Kensington London. This Magnificent structure was designed by Captain Fowke R.E. and was erected by Messrs. Kelk and Lucas at a cost of ¨300.000. It covers an extent of 26 acres and is of the above proportions', the title flanked by two shields containing the proportions of the building.
