A Cypriot white painted ware pottery skyphos, on flaring foot, the deep bowl with two side loop handles, painted with geometric linear decoration in maroon coloured glaze, each side with two chequered diamonds, with band of darker glaze around the interior rim, the lower body and foot, repaired -- 6in. (15.3cm.) high, 1050-950 B.C.
