A large Roman pottery oil lamp, with twin nozzles emerging from volutes in relief, the large triangular thumb support decorated with acanthus leaf and swan-head at its base, repaired -- 12½in. (31.7cm.) long, 1st Century A.D.; and another multi-nozzled grey pottery oil lamp, composed of six conjoined lamps, each decorated in relief with rays and triangles, with central bronze suspension loop, East Mediterranean -- 9¼in. (23.7cm.) long, late 2nd-early 1st Century B.C.
