A Greek terracotta shrine, showing Aphrodite standing within an apse-shaped niche with fluted pillars to either side, she stands with weight on right leg, partially draped, with wavy hair under a low polos, her right arm is raised up, and in her left is held a pomegranate, flanking her to the left and right are two erotes, one in a tunic, the other naked save for a cloak, each holding a pomegranate(?), slight repair to shrine -- 9½in. (24.2cm.) high, circa late 5th-early 4th Century B.C.
