A late 18th Century navette shape mourning locket pendant, enclosing a sepia miniature depicting a grieving lady and her children beneath a willow, and a raised sepulchre with inscribed epitaph dated 1783, the reverse enclosing a lock of hair decorated with sepia, floral and ribbon motifs.
