An Italian 19th century tapering circular sugar basin and cover on mask, column and hoof supports and with a frieze decorated with stylised scrolling foliage and flowers, the cover chased with foliage and with part foliate-decorated ovoid finial, the body engraved with a monogram - 5½in.; and a matching spoon with mask terminal.
