A 19th century French bronze group of a boar hunt, cast from a model by Piere Jules Mêne, one dog lying on the ground wounded, the other three biting the boar from all sides, the boar foundering, on naturalistic ground, signed P.J. Mêne, on a shaped green marble plinth -- 23¼in. (59cm) high.
