A gold bar prop used in the film; the prop is evident in the scenes when "Simple Simon" (actor Jeremy Irons) breaks into the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and steals the entire gold reserve of fifty nations; together with a small placard of faux bronze metal engraved "French Republic" which was positioned on the fenced lock-up area that protected the country's gold stash. Mounted in a custom lucite case including a color photograph of "Simple Simon" holding a similar gold bar--8 x 10 in.
