An 18ct. gold engine turned rectangular cigarette case, with applied monogram M.B, gross weight 230.7grms, with interior inscription To Mick, In grateful acknowledgment for 'Where No Vultures Fly' John, 5th November 1951, gross weight 136.2 grms, in fitted leather case the inside cover stamped The Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company Ltd.., the exterior stamped M.B. 5th November 1951.
