Four Dixon Austin & Co., Sunderland lustre pearlware figures of women emblematic of the Four Seasons painted in colours on rocky-moulded mounds above square titled bases, WINTER modelled pulling a hooded cape tightly around her standing above a burning brazier moulded in relief; SPRING standing by a cornucopia issuing flowers, wearing loose classical robes and holding a bouquet; SUMMER partially draped with a loose robe holding a horn issuing fruit and a large bunch of fruiting vines; AUTUMN wearing flowing robes holding a wheatsheaf and a sickle (wear) impressed mark, circa 1820 -- 8½in. high
