A matched set of four George III cast hexagonal candlesticks on shell-decorated rising bases, with fluted knops and waisted sockets with ropetwist borders, each with an unmarked detachable hexagonal nozzle, one nozzle engraved with an amorial, another bearing traces of gilding and later-engraved with initials, various makers, London 1760, 1761, 1763 and 1765 - 10½in and slightly smaller, 76.25oz.
