Three embossed and pierced paperlace valentine cards, stamp marked Meek, one executed in watercolour, another with lace centre decorated with fabric leaves lifting to reveal a gilt dove on gauze, the card opening to reveal a printed verse entitled 'A Dream. I dreamt I was a standing oak/And you a tender vine/And Oh! how beautiful it was to see/Your arms around me twine'; and another embossed paperlace valentine card attributed to Meek, 7 x 4½in., c. 1860 (4)
