'The Magic Bouquet' stamp marked Windsor, a hand-coloured embossed posy heightened in gilt, the printed back explains 'A Magic spell is in each flower/Pluck one and you will see/The prospect of a future hour/And what your fate will be/Behind its leaves you will behold/In unaffected rhyme/The Prophecy by Sybil told/Of some far future time', with 7 detatchable flowers containing printed verses on the verso, for example 'This flower tells/What is alarming/Marriage is the theme/With 13 Children!/Twins among them/What a happy dream', 6 x 6in., 1840-50.
