A late Victorian Scottish-silver gilt satin-lined oblong casket on beaded scrolling foliate-capped lion's paw feet joined by cherubs' heads and swags, the sides decorated with flower heads and bow, floral and foliate swags and with similarly-decorated baluster corners, the foliate-decorated domed hinged cover with four foliate baluster corner mounts and with a thistle finial, R. and W.
