The above portrait bust is probably by Robert Edward Glassby who was a pupil of Boehm.
Sir Joseph Edgar Boehm was born in Vienna on July 6th 1834 and died in London on December 12th 1890. He was a popular figure with Queen Victoria whose daughter, Princess Louise, was one of his pupils. He exhibited at The Royal Academy from 1862 till 1891 and was created R.A. in 1882. He became a baronet in 1889 and his best known works include the group of St. George and the Dragon and the figures of soldiers decorating the Wellington Memorial at Hyde Park Corner.
