A George III silver tapering circular mug on a flaring foot and with a moulded rim and scroll handle, the front engraved with two sets of initials, marks indistinct, probably Hester Bateman London 1782 - 4¼in.; a Continental white-metal foliate-pierced and beaded oval taperstick with serpent handle; and a brass ash tray fashioned from coins.
